APO LEADS - SERVE

SERVE: Serve the Fraternity by using management skills in your chapter. This is a weekend experience giving participants the opportunity to learn skills needed to develop chapter management skills. This course will focus on small group process where participants develop an actual project plan that can be used by chapters and the Fraternity.

Friendship Building: Developing friendship into the bonds of brotherhood
Meeting Management: Learning about different types of meetings and how to best run them. Making meetings more manageable and effective
Project Management: Focus on the SPEED model to develop and execute successful projects. Developing time management through project management
Delegation: Learning the art of having others help with a task you are responsible for. Using delegation strategies to utilize the whole chapter
Marketing: Developing and managing a positive chapter image. Learning how to let he world know what you are doing

All are 7:00 pm Friday – 12:00 pm Sunday. Attendees are expected to participate the entire time of the event.

COST: $55 for student members and $75 for alumni. $5 discount is provided to Life Members. The cost includes lodging for both Friday and Saturday night, three meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday (subsidized by the Fraternity). Extension groups may send one member to one SERVE for FREE!

APO LEADS - LAUNCH is a required prerequisite for this course.
